life is really not easy in the present era we are making it complex day by day .we ourselves responsible for all this mess.managing ones mind more important than managing organization.when we manage our minds it leads to time management confidence enthusiasm focused contentment .when we are not able to manage our minds this is where the problem arises no time management lack of confidence enthusiasm not focused less efficient thus leading to impatient mentally unstable being .organization are business organization their existence depends upon profit they want to give less have more while employee wants to have more give less this is were the trouble arises.Thus it is up to an individual to manage ones mind and have a work life balance .
