life is like a sea.It keeps on moving nothing stays ,nor it gather's anything except memories of some people similar to ripples waves.Thus we should always keep moving no matter what happens.Nothing is permanent.life knows no failure.It occurs due to comparing ourselves with others.failure is nothing more than a delay,it is not the end of the world.In the end only three things matter how much you loved,how gently you lived,how gracefully you let go of the things not meant for you.

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
