Childhood phase the most beautiful phase of ones life .Its the most interesting,we as an adults responsible for their abrupt changes in the behaviour,aren't we?As we grow up our human behaviour shrinks,once that was full of enthusiasm innovative ideas moral values devoid of negative traits goes down hill.we all are responsible for making this world as jungle and we all no less than beast.Just thinking about I ME MYSELF.

Ethics in organization is very rare to find .organization being a business entity doesn't exist in isolation,employee employer vendors customer etc are involved.Due to technological revolution money being primary leads to unethical practices both at the individual level and organisational level .Each one of us is competing with the people around us in the organization in the society in the family in the groups etc .Bosses desire ethical practices from employees but they themselves don't follow it as they are no exceptional.It should percolate from top to bottom.Environment must be such that it has human touch.This will mitigate stress thus increase ethical practices and outputs.such a unique organization would be a source of inspiration for all.
