life in a organization totally different ?Though organization means more organised are they so or partially as they are business entity meant for profit making.Business entity are small world in itself with work ethic culture varying from one organization to another.why do organization have a rule of cost reduction profit making by hook or crook.why do take organization take employee for granted.Isn't it possible for them to go in stable path instead of going on hiring spree during growing phase and job cuts during slow phase .Do corporate that talks about work ethics is this a separate issue involve themselves in corporate social responsibility while neglecting their own organisational family .Isn't it possible for the management to bring amicable solution to this problem as this problem is on rise due to various factors: Population, less innovation lesser employee loyalty lesser management loyalty more of diplomacy .Instead there should be a procedure of more communication up and down the ladder with more transparency less diplomacy.It should be a gradual process.
