corporate world the most dynamic mad rat race phase .Its a phase when survival for the fittest apply to the utmost.If you obey the boss you are there most capable guy otherwise useless chap fit for nothing .This world full of hypocrisy double standards.If your top priority is health family money work in the said order you are alien in this world .If your priorities are in the order work family health money then you are most apt creature in this world.If stay long in one particular world one would realize life is too short to waste for those who don't value appreciate you.

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
