Life consists of many ups and downs waxing and waning similar to beat hold on the ground strong enough no strom can even dare to displace you have faith keep the rental value of your mind so high no negativity can reside in it.

Ethics in organization is very rare to find .organization being a business entity doesn't exist in isolation,employee employer vendors customer etc are involved.Due to technological revolution money being primary leads to unethical practices both at the individual level and organisational level .Each one of us is competing with the people around us in the organization in the society in the family in the groups etc .Bosses desire ethical practices from employees but they themselves don't follow it as they are no exceptional.It should percolate from top to bottom.Environment must be such that it has human touch.This will mitigate stress thus increase ethical practices and outputs.such a unique organization would be a source of inspiration for all.
