what makes life so hard?
Life is full of uncertainty ,unpredictable it's no less than a web.we ourselves are responsible to make it hard
By not being ourselves
Overthinking and overindulgence
Regretting about the past and worrying about the future
Others opinions matter lot to us
Instead of competing with ourselves compete with other
Negative traits easily reside in our heads due to cheap rental value
Easily get carried away by the mad race of materialistic world
We are hypocrites full of double standards
Too much wants and desires
Money is primary
Waste too much time on those who don't appreciate value us

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
