life has many phases the most important one the nascent stage.This stages leave a deep impact for rest of the phases.The childhood phase the most enthusiastic innovative full of energy depends upon how they are moulded.This is the phase devoid of negative feelings.From little babies eye all are equal no discrimination no distinction whether one is rich or poor,literate or illiterate etc.children learn gradually to crawl walk speak hold etc they never give up.similarly we as an adults never give up take life as its come enjoy every moment.what you think,you become.what you feel you attract.what you imagine you create.

Ethics in organization is very rare to find .organization being a business entity doesn't exist in isolation,employee employer vendors customer etc are involved.Due to technological revolution money being primary leads to unethical practices both at the individual level and organisational level .Each one of us is competing with the people around us in the organization in the society in the family in the groups etc .Bosses desire ethical practices from employees but they themselves don't follow it as they are no exceptional.It should percolate from top to bottom.Environment must be such that it has human touch.This will mitigate stress thus increase ethical practices and outputs.such a unique organization would be a source of inspiration for all.
