Life though having many forms phases until the final journey like social phase political phase spiritual phase etc.In organization too many phases exist but political phase is prominent it doesn't mean existence of any party but its the presence of lobby diplomacy in organization culture.Individual whether lower in the order or in the top order all have their agenda's aspirations goals to be fulfilled this is the inner force that gives direction to their work.organization is a mini political system involving many stakeholders like employees shareholders vendors suppliers competitor's socio-political external environment etc.organization has to fulfil it's own agenda keeping in mind and balancing all the internal and external factors.leaders are diplomatic enough though few would not agree knowingly or unknowingly all indulge in it if not then those in the lower order would have been compensated adequately without keeping organization profit in mind there would be uniform pay hike but this is rare to be seen.It is no less than a political system prevailing in a country where the leaders talk all the goody goody things they are the public servants and their lives is for the country but in the modern world political system are like business organization fulfilling their own selfish motives party's agenda aspirations.Though exceptions can't be ruled out.
