Life.......death is same for each and everyone it's the intermediate path one follows add meaning to it. It does not depend upon whether one is born with a silver spoon in his or her mouth or born in a family not able to make both ends meet having scarcity of resources.How one copes with when one has excess of it and when one has limited. Scarcity of it for few and abundance of it for few is due to our own human behaviour socio-economical environment individual hypocrisy selfish motives.wealth money is one of the factor.It is such an important factor no one wants to part neither there is fair distribution of it nor there is a mechanism to improve it.we talk about charity,CSR but it's not enough what is the need for it if each individual changes his or her perspective.In an organisation giving equal importance to both inspiration and motivation transparency fair salary process.If such a system prevails it will mitigate human misery blooming organisation in the long run. KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
