Life life and life more complex form not simple as it sounds whether individual life or organizational life they all depends upon the social factors after all we human beings are no exceptional we are a perfect example of three states of matter the solid liquid and gas as in the case of coconut the outer husk with pores filled with gases similar to external environment full of opportunities and threats the inner hard covering our body or organization structure how it's build up to cope with external internal stress success failures mood swings etc.The inner white semi solid membrane acts as semi permeable neuron cell transmitting in what is needed within and transmitting waste what is not needed.The inner most state is the liquid state the more flexible one devoid of rigidity.our so called organizational structure culture should be similar to a coconut a perfect blend of all the form's of matter.knowledge should flow like fluids from those in the higher level to that in the lower level.organization culture should not be rigid like a solid rather flexible enough.communication should be effective to and fro similar to movement of gases.The organization structure should be rigid as a solid both physically and mentally to face internal external threats competitions up and down in business cycle.Thus individual as well as organization should be a perfect combination of all the states of matter they should be equilibrium.when an individual is balanced in equilibrium can the organization be in danger?
