Life life and life one life with with no retake we all will go in a flash.still mind ponders all through the life span full of mixed bag.mixed bag?isn't life beautiful?It's but life is a combination of our failure successes positivity negativity pros and cons etc.will success have meaning without tasting failure.will positivity have any importance if negativity doesn't exist?Thus life is full of choices if there is no choice there will be no comparison.Thus what is needed a balanced state of mind positivity impregnated deep within and not superficial .If in a organization boasts of being positive culture prevailing over there.If so than why it is not doing well?may be all positive approach superficial.may be doubtful business ethics.motivation and inspiration not balance.leadership believes in making followers instead of future leaders.criticism is an essential ingredients of any business to excel.Double standards should be avoided Lots of superficial positivity leads no where deep within our mind and heart are not in coordination and so called organizational ship starts sinking under its own weight of negativity more than the competitor external factors Thanks!

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
