Organization consists of individuals with different potential calibre qualification temperaments..what if the leaders expects that each and every one no matter higher or lower order of pyramid having the same calibre?It is the fault of the leader if he communicates something the one on other hand doesn't understand he screams out of control.whose fault?leader but no one dare's to say.If in a situation if worker specializes in machine operation conveys something and leader doesn't understand what it treat's in the same way?we all know he can't not in the position never dare to do so.Thus education degrees are important but each and everyone has importance .Thus leaders should keep its cool have control over his mind than his people,listen more scream less understand and tries to understand each and every situation.Thus control over mind more important to avoid conflict's smooth functioning of organization

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
