Marketing is it necessary lifeline or an organization can do without it.In this era of technology revolution marketing strategy is the integral part of an organization.marketing strategy should be such that it has a effective two way communication between production services and marketing personal.It should be such that consumer get the true picture and not the exaggerated one indulging in deceptive mktg.Though deceptive mktg can increase sales volume for few quarters but doesn't lead to customer retention loyalty image building if image is lost its very hard to regain.marketing strategy should be such that it's cost effective without over indulgence expensive rather than over spending budget should be allocated to R&D innovation product development enhancing organizational structure and behaviour.No marketing campaign can increase sale if the product is of inferior quality similarly if the product is good and marketing personal don't present the right picture.Thus they both go hand in hand no one is superior.This is where organizational structure behaviour come into force.If the product or service provided is such that what one expects.The marketing professional treat product ,company as their own take pain in market development growth can't be ruled out.situation is very similar to each and everyone family depending upon parents offspring upbringing cycle nothing exceptional.The organization to have a higher market shelf life indulge in metamorphosis of human beings to being human rather than only producing lifeless goods.
