Life in a organization full of surprises strategy selfish motives.Those in the top of the pyramid busy fulfilling their own selfish motives and those in lower order have their own problems and selfish motives.Unison doesn't exist.wish unison existed devoid of selfish motives ,than no doubt about organization success and individual happiness leading to healthy family social life and perfect work life balance.The productivity efficiency would increase leading to profit maximization brand enhancement and having major market share.Thus organization should indulge in making leaders from individual to be a global leader in near future

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
