Organizational behaviour a complex one not only involving individual within but also with various external forces.It is very much necessary no matter what ever the size of the organization big or small .It is the essence of an organization..It is characterized by large size human resources team work coordination communication behavioural pattern discipline etc. Behavioural dynamics is more important for wealth maximizing brand development .It should exist both in the lower and higher order of pyramid.without organization behaviour it's impossible to attain organisational goal.It should come from within gradually and not forced having an humanistic systematic oriented towards organisational objectives.It exist at various levels individual interpersonal level group level intergroup level.Not going at the details of it but its existence in the age of technology revolution artificial intelligence .As its increasing in the modern era organisational behaviour structure on verge of major change even it's importance raising many questions as machines devoid of brains

KULCHAS,CHANA MASALA ,SALAD AND PAPPAD in today's lunch Soft kulchas with spicy chana masala is an excellent combination. It's too yummm😋 . . . KULCHAS recepie 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 4 tsp oil 5 tbsp curd Water as per requirement Mix it and knead the dough and rest it for 2 to 3 hrs. Make small ball of dough ,sprinkle kasuri methi or coriander leaves flatten it and roll into small sized kulchas. Heat the girdle or tawa ,brush water on kulcha's backside and place it on tawa. When small bubbles appear on it turn the tawa upside down till it is evenly cooked on both sides.
