life....evolution..revolution

Life ,since it came into existence has been evolving regularly what ever may be the reason .stone age to machine age industrial revolution leading to various innumerable discoveries invention.we human beings are ardent fan of Charles Darwin theory of survival of fittest in doing so all are in the mad rat race .From the age of black and white TV Walkman to Xbox nanotechnology,further from traditional marketing to digital marketing involving artificial intelligence.In doing so aren't we moving towards point of saturation ,it will take few decades to reach point of super saturation when no more innovation until and unless life exist in some other plans .life is coming to full circle from evolution revolution to another big bang.

world water day......

Water water water everywhere but days are not far away when there will scarcity of it and no one else we ourselves responsible for this.It would be better if we use water resources judiciously with minimum wastage.The technology should be such that it utilizes every drop of water in a cyclic manners in day today activity .future technology should be based on saving water.Think of human race without water? Lets all pledge to save water 😊

Evolution......have we really evolved biologically yes but psychological no.our behaviour depends upon the external factors.we all involve in deceptive mktg of ourselves hiding our true self forgetting that we are unique creation of god no need to copy anymore..in doing so we are worst than beast as they never try to belittle their fellow species.we always think of me my myself nothing more than that .we always talk of humanity kindness does it really exist or mere eye wash selfishness hypocrisy at it's best .In organization we come across many such situations were leaders indulge in motivation more than inspiration diplomacy more than authenticity short term goal more important than long term vision.Had it been other way around this would increase the productivity hence efficiency.organisational goal will coincide with individual goal

Work life.....it should be such that there is life in work not be like a vicious cycle monotonous as if being done out of compulsion.It is the equal responsibility of both employees and employers.we think those in the lower end of pyramid are only responsible but those at the top are responsible to the greater extent.They are the ones who make policy for the organization in cosy environment.If policy are made in such a way that they themselves take into consideration this will make environment smooth.productivity efficiency will increase reduction in cost .In this situation if employees are given more benefits and those in the top order not only fulfil there selfish motives.This is were the situation deteriorates leading to organizational download like a pack of cards.If one wants 100% from employees they should treat other as one family.Time management one of the most important ingredient for healthy environment.Increment benefits should be given proportionally to the employees and...

Knife edge........ 13-03-2017 18:10 Life is like moving on a knife edge.To balance is not an easy one.we all are interrelated can't exist in isolation.money is primary in this materialistic world.In this mad rat race we all want to have more of it,in doing so one has to compromise a lot.life doesn't remains the same to gain a lot in the work life,social life deteriorates.one can't balance it effectively,during hey days one goes behind money gathering it while during the latter part of life it goes in front for treating oneself from various diseases.Thus we all die every day instead of living each day.we all have one life live as if we have many can be improvised in the next one.This is nothing less than living on a edge..knife edge

Connection ...... 12-03-2017 09:33 Connection  ....between parents and child between siblings between friends between teacher student employee employer service providers.......we all make umpteen measures to improve our connections to gain from it.The efforts directly proportional to the gain expected.we all never want to get disconnected when financial gains.The buttering phases..is it so necessary? no will be the answer we all might have done to some extent .why do make so much efforts to make such connections will it not be better if its unconditional.The improvement will be manifold if one makes connections with oneself and make efforts to improve it day by day leading to unconditional connections.

The masked.... 10-03-2017 We apart from being multitasking are multi masked.we all will not agree but we all have it and wear it when needed.Doesn't our behaviour towards other people differ from person to person.we all tend to hide our inner self pretending to be what we are not.we are different for our own family members,different for close relatives relatives,neighbours,work areas,childhood buddies business friends vendors workers employees employers social gatherings and many more.In order to play different roles we are in constant stress leading to miseries.we being social organism can't ignore it but mitigate to some extent by being aware and control of ourselves Once I read somewhere Japanese think we have three face's,one for the family and friends second one for the world and last one we keep hiding and not letting anyone to know about it and it is the truest reflection of ourselves.We can't unmasked completely but certainly lessen it just sharing my thoughts....

corruption is omnipresent we may not agree but corruption is not only taking bribe or monetary transactions involved.It is present from time immemorial we human beings are selfish get caught in this materialistic world .we think of I me myself family near and dear ones have grudges ill feeling against others full of filth . corruption arises due to lack of knowledge connectivity compassion commitment courage rise in wants desire ,thinking money is primary and its essential for one's survival.we homo sapiens being social organism don't exist in isolation thus our behaviour depends upon internal and external factors .corruption can be decreased when have a mind without fear good connectivity mental equilibrium more of positive attitude less of grudges .mind without disruption is a corruption free mind

Guys you all would we saying what this idiot is writing nothing exceptional we all know.yes we do but communication is one of major ingredients of life without it life is meaningless.Its a two way process existing from up and down the ladder in a organization.This is a process seen from birth onwards,communication between mother and new born both trying to learn something.It is an effective means without it no individual family organization society country can run efficiently.There is nothing like good or bad communicator.when in a organization or anywhere we come across people who know more than us ,in that situation effective mode behave as a child listen and gain as much as possible.when you no more express in such a way so that each and every one understands without compelling to do so.communicate more express more....scream less just sharing my thoughts!

Ethics.......work life........ethics

Ethics in organization is very rare to find .organization being a business entity doesn't exist in isolation,employee employer vendors customer etc are involved.Due to technological revolution money being primary leads to unethical practices both at the individual level and organisational level .Each one of us is competing with the people around us in the organization in the society in the family in the groups etc .Bosses desire ethical practices from employees but they themselves don't follow it as they are no exceptional.It should percolate from top to bottom.Environment must be such that it has human touch.This will mitigate stress thus increase ethical practices and outputs.such a unique organization would be a source of inspiration for all.
