Organizational culture does it exist?or can it exist within a structure.we talk about MNC Small scale units individual organization each and every one having a structure and so called culture ethics but does it really exist.If organization
are transparent than where is the need for diplomacy.organization culture should be such that no less than a disciplined family leader not a gossip monger but guiding figure motivator one who believes in making leaders not followers.will not the organization flourish in such culture.we always say every business cycle has up and down but have we ever thought why can't low phase be prevented?why don't we talk about preventive maintenance of organisational structure cultures similar to machine maintenance (introspection brainstorming in particular)During low phase company thinks of cost reduction by firing employees lower in the order.why not one on top of pyramid.is it better to shake the building blocks.will it not be better instead of paying exorbitantly for stop gap remedies.organization don't exist in isolation there are external factors but still if each organization takes the initiative than instead of talking of work life every one would boosting of another world no less than a family.wish it could happen Guys I don't have any personal grudge against any one just sharing my thoughts
